Architectural Technologist

Detail design, job running, site inspections, etc. Responsible for coordinating construction drawing packages and liaising with design teams, local authorities, clients and subcontractors. More than two years working on Aston University Campus (BREAM Excellent) delivering the master plan, phasing programme and detail design from start on site to completion. More than two years working with Barclays Bank and Lloyds TSB Bank, designing and running a variety of projects such as Flagships, Acquisitions and Remodels, including conservation areas and listed buildings.

Clients included various commercial developers, such as Asda, B&Q, Sheffield United FC and Ellesmere Port & Neston Borough Council.
